Our Towerrunning Family is growing ! Last year we elected and welcomed the National Associations of Australia, Malaysia and Mongolia officially as members of the TWA.
This year we will have strong growth from Europe with the just founded Polish Towerrunning Association and others expected following.
Our official representative in China for the 2020 season is Tiker Sports, well known for excellent organization of the world’s two highest altitude stair races in Shanghai and Shenzhen.

This is a good moment to highlight, that besides our individual rankings we also run a Nations Cup. The points of a country’s two fastest females and males at each race are cumulated and the eight best scores within a year back are relevant.

At the Shanghai Final China took the 2019 title by overtaking long time leaders Mexico by a mere 2,5 points. And with the smallest of all possible margins Colombia displaced Austria from the Top10.

Looking back since 2009 Australia four times led the ranking at season end, followed by Germany with three and China with two titles. USA and Czech Republic each once took the crown. At our first World Championships in Doha 2015 Australia won the title before Czech Republic and Austria.
