The first race of Towerrunning Tour 2019 will be Towerrunning 200 held at the Colpatria Tower in Bogota, Colombia on Saturday 8th December, 2018. The building, at 192m high, is the tallest in Colombia and the high altitude of 2,600m makes the ascent particularly challenging, especially for the international athletes. This will be the 14th staging of the famous Carrera Ascenso Torre Colpatria race, which attracts thousands of local participants, including some of Colombia’s best athletes

This year the race organizers launch a new race mode which enables also international athletes have a better chance to score points. ( more information will follow soon )

There will be 4 500 Euro in prize money waiting for the best male and female runners:

1st – 1 000 Euro, 2nd – 750 Euro, 3rd – 500 Euro

The race organizer and the TWA are pleased to offer travel packages for 4 athletes ( overseas ) comprising 650 Euro travel reimbursement and 2 nights of accommodation including breakfast and travel packages for 4 athletes ( Pan America) comprising 350 Euro travel reimbursement and 2 nights of accommodation including breakfast

The travel packages will be awarded to TOP 30 ranked applicants in October 2018 ranking update using the official TWA elite application system.Interested athletes can apply from Thursday, October 18 until Sunday, October 28, 2018 at 10pm CET by emailing
